While that plugin does fix the bullet displacement issue when the player is moving, it doesn't address the issue where the pose parameter of the enemy target will update its position from the server's point-of-view to the tick where the client was able to land their shot but not the pose parameter's actual pose. This by itself can lead to situations where a special infected like the Hunter would've already landed on the player on their end, but when the survivor lands a shot on the Hunter mid-pounce, the lag compensation may instead grab the recent frame where the pose parameter currently was on the server's end and move only its position to where the shot took place on the client in an attempt to have both of them be synchronized. Because of this, the desynchronization of the pose parameter's pose between the client and server can end up causing the shots to either collide with the infected when it shouldn't or, most likely, have the bullets whiff the target. This issue is more noticeable the higher the player's ping is.
