hello , i have a issue with my server .
my admin banned someone and the ban is not in my sourcebans , but if i type listid i can see the ban.
when i do removeid [his steamid] the ban gets removed and then he can join the server.
after 10 minutes he get banned again by server .
i removed his ban already 5 times and everytime he is getting banned again.
any way to fix it ? ty

Try use sm_unban command
