Well just to ask, but show us your plugins.ini for AMX (located in amxmodx\config\) and also type in

meta list

in server console to check if AMXX is running correctly without any problems.

fidelity, a plugin would not cause this malfunction (with the exception of him disabling 'admin.amxx'. Do meta list in console. You shouldnt see any errors, AMX MOD X should have "run." If you were not admin, it would say "[AMXX] You do not have access to this command." You must have messed up amxx. Maybe it is not enabled in plugins.ini in the metamod folder. Make sure it is not commented (; or //) out.
