I need source for ban players by their nicks, somthing like Restrict Names, but i need add nicks from my console.

Pff, sorry. I just got banned from a forum cause the users on there are morons...

amx_ban bans by id not ip. So if you type writeid.cfg the user id's will be banned from the moment you restart.
