Recently, well, I think after the last l4d1 update (Left 4 Dead - Update 2022/2/1),
the server crashes one time a day, most cases happen when map changes or second round starts on versus mode and the map is Dead Before Dawn Map 5.

I test windows and linux, they both have crash log.
(all versus mode)

Linux: 7Z3D-VNSL-ENTP
engine.so!CM_VCollideForModel(int, model_t const*) + 0x19

I did it very quickly (for Linux only for now). Sorry, don't have much time.
Compile on your own with latest MemoryEx Fork and check.

Ok, fixed.
Download updated MemoryEx Fork. Same link.
Copy everything. Remove error logs. Reboot server.

I think, Harry, you have crash because one of the entity models on server have empty name.
Try to enumerate everything and understand which entity class should have a model name but it doesn't have for some reason (perhaps, error in 3rd party plugin or something wrong with the metioned addon maps). Crash is triggering when one of players touch such entity. This may lead to other hidden issues as well.
