I dont know why this is not working, because a while ago I decided to reinstall Left 4 Dead 2 on (Steam) and put all plugins again, and this is the only plugin that is not working.

Maybe because lootbox plugin. That lootbox change melee swing speed by use Weapon Handling default. U can comment Weapon Handling section in lootbox then check
