You're new to what? sourcepawn or coding in general? If you're new, this is quite the task you've taken on... I cannot help with http stuff, but if you were wanting a new post on forums, then you can interact with your SQL database to have it post a new thread for you.

If you don't think you have what it takes to get this accomplished, perhaps you should offer up some $$ to have someone make this for you, then you can look at the code you bought and try to learn from it?

Edit 1 : Or is there anyway when a player types !command <message> then the message will somehow reach to the admins? If so, what are the easiest ways?

Edit 2 : Is it possible for admins to read the commands that are issued through a .txt file?

E.G

player : !command <message>
Then the message will be sent to a .txt file. Is this possible?

Edit 3 : Or is there a way for all admins to see the commands issued by players?
