In l4d2, Special Infected can move (left / right / forward / back / crouch) while scratching (Right Mouse)

But in l4d1, Special Infected unable to move with left key, right key and crouch key while scratching.
I know this is just a feature of l4d1 we can't change, but I still want S.I to move freely as l4d2.

Does anyone have ideas how to fix?

Edit: solution here

Finally a reworked version here. Reworked due to client-side prediction issue where original memory patching met. Hopefully there's better solution as this seems a bit CPU demanding.
