Example:
Option 0: Zoey [Left 4 Dead]
Option 1: Zoey Skin: Combine-Assassin [Half-Life 2]
Option 2: Zoey Skin: Secret-Agent-Zoey-Armoured [Resident Evil 5]

You could achieve that by mixing some custom models with LMC, is what some servers do.

[L4D/L4D2]Lux's Model Changer

How to do is not an easy task to explain.
You will need FastDL and change some things in the code.
But I know that is possible since I already did it some time ago. (I don't have the code anymore)
