Hi

As shown in the picture, my CPU on my dedicated server is maxing out at 3700 MHz. What can I do to change that?

The server is running Ubuntu 18.04. Besides that, i run Tuned-ADM.

A part of me thinks its the turbo boost not kicking in, then again, at 3700 MHz, it is running 300 MHz above baseclock.

Me no comprendo.

Help, por favor! Nerd in need...

4 GHz is the max turbo frequency, which is the maximum single-core frequency.
That means that your CPU will run at 4 GHz only if only one core runs processes at a time.
If 2 or more cores are running processes, the max frequency will drop below 4 GHz, up to 3.4 GHz (base frequency) when all cores are running processes.
