Hello everyone,
I'm suggesting for a plugin for players disable plugins by choice like
I added a trail plugin and the player doesnt like all trail so the player writes amx_example and it opens menu with settings what to off and what to on
And those settings are created by me in INI File or sma
Is that possible or impossible,

If you need things to be disabled per-player, you would have to edit the plugin that contains the feature you want to enable/disable. If you're wanting to pause the entire plugin, you can use the pause menu IIRC.

No i mean a menu for players only not for all
if someone likes trail player can leave it on but if someone doesnt like it player can disable it

In order to do that, you will have to provide all of the plugins code in here which you want players to be able to turn on/off

That depends on how the plugin is written. Either way, you'll need to provide the source code.

You asked for player-specific configuration of other plugins which can only be done by editing the plugin that gives that functionality. You cannot edit the functionality of a plugin without it's source code. The only exception is if a plugin already gives that ability via command, you can probably make that into a menu.

2 years ago i asked someone to make something simular.

I asked if someone could make so that players can turn on or off a function in a plugin and it only should work for that specific player who wrote .onn or .off

I cant help you much but still maybe some one could find it usefull.
