If CSGO and the dedicated server is running at the same time neither can I or anyone join the server.
But if CSGO isin't running on my pc than users can join my server.
So basicly I cant join my own server
What is the problem?

If i start CSGO first and then the server it still dosen't work because when somebody tries to join it says "Retrying public(IP here) ..." and after that "Disconected - Connection failed after 30 retries."
And this happens to me also, so i can't join my own server.

1) No. You can't join your server, if it's hosted on the same PC!
2) You need extra PC, before it's possible.
3) If you are running csgo server(windows) = you can't play OR join the server!

Okay so now i can join the server but once i join it says Connection Lost and it just drops me off

You can run it locally on the same machine, that's what my link was in reference to. There's just issues that arise by doing so.

You should be joining with the same IP as your local machine not your outside address. Alternatively, change the client port of the server or of your own game.
