I have used search and been trying to look. Is there any point system for surf servers where you get points for finishing a map and can buy skills?

I believe not, but this would be a great plugin, and to me, this is a very good thing for a pro scripter like excolent to work on

Now if we could transfer those points into being able to buy stuff, this would be the greatest surf plugin imaginable. I will talk to my amxmodx scripters that I pay, see if they can cook something up

i believe he means like
every map he gets to he marks the finish line
and when someone steps there he will get some points
and i think he means point system like soccer mod
(idk whats the point system of the HnS never played it)
i put surf alot times in my server hope this plugin will be available

DarkFX gaming community has modded their servers to do this.
Try to contact them I guess, other than that I'm not sure.
