Chat logging stops at map change?

Like..I don't get it xD
I manage to connect to the server on a map, and the log starts fine. I can also send messages from the bot to the server chat, no issues.
Map change -> no more logging. I try HOOKCHAT 1, which was the previous server ID, and it says it's invalid. Then I try to list the server, it says my server is now ID #2. Okay then, lets HOOKCHAT 2 then.
INVALID server ID. wtf?
So I try to list the servers again, "NO SERVERS CONNECTED"
Lol. Pretty weird but really annoying :C
