How can we test it?
Copied tuf8..so file and added into modules.ini
Also copied test.amxx and test.sma files into regarding places. Edited uname.txt.
It still didn't show utf characters. Help

download the UTF-8 file and extract it put the utf8_amxx.dll into the amxmodx\modules dir.
download the cstrike file and put the test.amxx into the amxmodx\plugins dir.
write test.amxx into the plugins.ini.
put the uname.txt at cstrike dir.
change the name like :
Code:
"your en name"    "your utf8 name"
restart the server

Can it be something like set_user_info(player, "name", arg2)?
