High Server VAR (Windows Server)

Hello, the problem with my csgo server is that they have all high var 0.2-0.5.
Things i think u need to know:
sv is all time 0-3
running 7 Csgo Server
Windows server 2019 (2016 i had the same problem)
i5 3570 turbo on switch from 1500mhz to 3800mhz (2%-60% use)
hp board (it was a HP Compaq Pro 6300)
12gb ram (max use is 8gb)
ssd and hdd
206k download and 90k upload speed (tested)
temps 25-55 C
using Windows SRCDS Manager

That's normal under windows.
Nothing wrong with 0.2-0.5 var anyway.

but the second thing i forget to write in it some frinds getting low fps from this... ;/
should i make a linux version in my windows server 2019?

With linux you will have a lower var but again in my opinion it doesn't really matter especially if you are running some kind of public or fun server. For a competitive (practice/match) server I can see why people want a low and stable var.

but why some friends have low fps from that ?

In your first post you typed: running 7 Csgo Server
Does that mean you are running 7 separate CSGO Servers on one physical computer?

In your first post you typed: 206k download and 90k upload speed (tested)
Does that mean you have 206kbps (kilobits per second) download, which is 0.206 Mbps (megabits per second)?
Or... does that mean you have 206kBps (kilobytes per second) download, which is 1.648 Mbps (megabits per second)?

i mean 7 csgo servers on that windows server and i mean 212mbs and 106 mbits
