CS1.6 - "Free Look" / "Other Team Spectate"

Hi,
i have an issue when playing in my cs 1.6 dedicated server.

all our players need to look a 'Free Look' not only First Person in the same team.

I have established the Free Shase camera VIEW.

If you need money i can offer.

Umm.. Its just to change the first file you wrote, the one you wrote the Hostname etcetc in
