I figured I'd note down the changes in this newest version:
* It logs to its own file as well as SourceMod's now. (addons/sourcemod/logs/KAC.log)
* Re-worked much code including Sockets, "block respawn", and other stuff.
* Hopefully I have killed all the bugs that people have been experiencing with Sockets.
* Sockets is now required for KAC.
* Added support for MySQL bans. ( http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=65822 )
* Some various other things that I'm not remembering at the moment.
* Fixed major crash issue with OnSocketReceive callback.
Please some people beta test it and tell me how it does.

Fixed a crash issue that happened in semi-rare cases from using KickClient from within the OnSocketReceive callback. Moved to make it kick after a delay via timer.
