Been noticing that gungame turns into knifegame when knife leveling is enabled.

Is there any mod that limits knife usage (I honestly searched from plugins!)? Lets say You can only make 1 knife kill in 3 minutes.

I don't want to disable knife killing because normal people who don't abuse the system can easily use this weapon when situation calls for it
