2-3 business days! holy crap!

I once had the firewall ban me when I forgot my password in putty and kept trying to connect. I sent a ticket and I was removed from the firewall ban in like 5 min. Another time I needed my game server added to the firewall white list and it also was done in literally mins!

lol is that a question or advice? One would assume "enable" means to let it participate in the ban system.

My reseller account is purchased from a massive company that hosts 100's of resellers and personal websites. I have 24/7 technical support that is literally instant, real time chat ^^^ literally 24/7. The firewall request is another kettle of fish, its another level. They have a whole floor for security and people that monitor security issues. besides I am patent ... when I need to be It is up to their discretion to open ports.

They don't literally have the same ID.

For example

208.43.99.168:27015 is 8
208.43.99.169:27015 is 9

and so on.

Code:
		// This is the ID of this server (Check in the admin panel -> servers to find the ID of this server)
		"ServerID"		"9"
What I mean by same is that they have the same version/build of every plugins, build of sourcemod, metamod, etc. Yet, only 1 of the servers query properly. They have their appropriate ID, rcon.

When you hover over the question mark next to it, it clearly says it's for hiding it from any public server lists.

Awesome thanks, I cant see how I missed that. I could use the excuse that Enabled Public View or something may of been a better title. Having to mosue over something that appeared obvious seems overkill.

Thanks heaps for pointing that out DJ

I am all out of ideas. All 3 game ports have been unblocked from software and hardware firewalls.
My datab cfg seems correct
"sourcebans"
{
"driver" "mysql"
"host" "111.118.164.162"
"database" "XX"
"user" "XX"
"pass" "XXXXX"
//"timeout" "0"
"port" "3306"
}
}

My recon has quite a few special characters like &%^$ numbers and capitals and lowercase, thats not going to stop it is it?

What's the problem? Admins can't get loaded? Bans doesn't work? Any errors in your sourcebans.log?

Still this mate. #2302 #2316

Short story is
no errors, every firewall used has been changed to allow my 3 game ports. The ban system is flawless, its an awesome banning system. In short the web interface just doesnt want to connect to the game servers from web. I've exhausted myself with avenues.

Heres the sourceban web interface, you can see plainly "error connecting"

Same here! I even disabled all forms of firewalls and only 1 of 4 servers shows any data in the sourcebans index. No way from what I can tell to see what exactly is wrong with the query stuff.

Well, for whatever reason, after tonights update, all of the servers were shown correctly on sourcebans but as more than just a few people logged on the server, it went back to showing: N/A N/A Error connecting in the server list.

Any ideas what could cause that? The servers aren't banning any I.P or anything like that.
