This error is not related to hosties.
It's an harmless myjailbreak error. It's fixed I'm MyJB dev but you can also ignore it.

Next make shot 4 shot with gun like mpa1 ak47 awp etc...
Or you can make Last req with weapon after 1 shot reload weapon

In my experience 'unexpected error 23 in AskPluginLoad callback' tells you that hosties is installed twice. Check maybe you try to run sm_hosties.smx & sm_hosties_e.smx at same time.
