When using this plugin the server does not start, there was an update to:
dhooks-2.2.0-detours13-sm110

After removing the plugin it returned to work.

It maybe the latest dhooks that's causing the problem. Suggest reverting to previous working.

I already posted about this in the DHooks thread. Peace-Maker said to revert back to detours10 since a change in detours11 is causing the startup crash.

when i add >16 melee weapon ( include custom melee ). My server announce "Warning: Table MeleeWeapons is full".
Do u know how to add more ?

I found out how to modify versus L4D1 versus level's score multiplier, great plugin

Either it's not possible to change this, or something wrong with Info Editor, possibly not matching the map. Are you using the latest plugin version? What's the output of "sm_info_mission_list" when on that map?

What does this key do?

l4d1 versus score formula: (P+H)×N×S
P = Average distance the Survivors traveled, between 0-100%
H = Health Bonus. The Health bonus is calculated with the following rule:
N = Number of players that survived. If the number is zero, the game treats it like a 1 and the score is unchanged.
S = That level's score multiplier, which increases as the game progresses.

VersusModifier modify level's score multiplier,
