i thinking about it to buy a server there but now i saw the reviews and i am undecided.

search a dedi server with very good performance with excellent (hit reg) for cs go servers.

Surprising to see, as I've been with OVH for years and have never had an issue, so I can't say anything about their customer service.
A lot of other people I've worked with use OVH or Kimsufi (OVH based), no comments from them either.

Most GSP's resell OVH so yes they're really good.

I've personally had a terrible experience with OVH and would never use them - they sold me a dedi that could not maintain the advertised frequency, found several lengths of time of their API being down (servers inaccessible for myself and for users), and in turn would not resolve/respond to my support requests (online and via phone). Found that last part particularly nasty, so they will not get my business ever again.

On the other hand, out of several people I know that have used them, only one other person had an issue similar to myself, so it's really up to you.
