This plugin is made for Hide N Seek, when a seeker (CT) hurts a hider (TT), the seeker gets freezed so he can't attack either move in a few seconds.

I think he means when the ct player hit the t player there is a chance that th ct will get freezed

hns `HideaNdSeek` or just `Hide N Seek`. By `chance` he means the opportunity for the runner, to run from the seeker, as the seeker is frozen for some seconds.
