hmm it seams to me that the problem is the reservation limit - do you have unreserve lobby?

Man still not work i have 2 question:

1) does ur http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=92269 must be installed in addons/sourcemod/extension?

2) and i use local server no dedicated maybe it not work in local?

you must put l4dtoolz.vdf in addons metamod map

and a map l4dtoolz with the stuff in addons

then it will work

I have not l4dtoolz.vdf but only l4dtoolz8.autoload and l4dtoolz.ext.dll
