the xredirect stole a slot from my server, so the 14 joinable slot is now 13... any ideas?

Your server allows non-steam clients to connect, so it is called a "non-steam server".
dproto is also illegal as it modifies the steam hlds software so non-steam clients can connect.
Those illegal servers are not supported here. You can read this in the Global Rules
Move along with your crap servers, you won't get support here!

Is it possible to redirect all users on the server with command?
There is the "redirect_user" option, which works fine. But with that command you can only redirect a certain player. I want to transfer all, like "redirect_user all".

nein, redirect_user kann das leider nicht was du willst. wenn ich sowas brauchte, habe ich meistens amx_exec dafür genommen, da macht man dann einfach:

amx_exec * "Connect 123.123.123.123:27015"

IP halt entsprechend austauschen, durch den server, zu dem du die spieler schicken willst.

kann man sicherlich auch mal in xREDIRECT einbauen, dass dort ein * unterstützt wird, aber aktuell ist es nicht so.
