The error you are receiving shows that too many edicts are being created, so you'll want to find some way to reduce the number of edicts generated. Fortunately you are running plugin #29 'Security Entity Limit!' by Benoist3012. You can configure that plugin to produce a log if/when you reach a certain number of edicts. Turn logging on for that plugin and read the log to determine the edicts being created.

Note: You definitely running a plugin that gives players items. See plugin #38 titled '[TF2Items] Give Weapon'. That plugin is listed as a requisite for the TF2Ware plugin so you may need to experiment to see if replacing it works or not.

Have you updated gamedata? There was an offset shift in the player vtable in the last few weeks, which would affect plugins that use GiveNamedItem and EquipWearable; TF2Items would be automatically updated but other third-party gamedata wouldn't.

I'd guess that items are being spawned as defindex 0 (the bat) and not being equipped to a player.

(If you're capable of editing plugins, I'd recommend porting things that use EquipWearable calls to TF2 Utils - that plugin will raise a warning in the logs if the equip operation fails.)
