Looks good except for one thing. In a couple places, you have for(new i = 1; i < MaxClients; i++).

The cinduction should be i <= MaxClients, as MaxClients is a valid client index.

Could someone update this and add sourcebans++ support??
It shouldn't record the mutes on the sourcebans (comms) database. :S
Also it does sometimes mute/gag/silence them and wont ever remove it.
