I'd actually like if somebody could add some kind of delay..

My problem is this, on one of our jailbreak servers, while conecting to the server, the loading bar often pops up twice, like a quick 1-2 seconds, then restarts and starts the loading sequence again (file resource load)

So you basicly hear the sound file for 1-2 seconds, then it starts over again.

I was thinking, by adding said delay.. 1-3 seconds maybe, we wouldent get the "double" start of the song.

If theres an easier solution for this, do let me know. Otherwise it'd love if someone could edit the plugin and add a delay

i just add it in my own srv , no work , cs 1.6 offline work ......... help
