Long story, when we ban someone from in game, they get added to the SourceBans but they don't get kicked from the server, we must do that manually.

This is the same from inside SourceBans, when we ban someone from SourceBans it shows that the player is on neither of our servers, when they actually are.

Nothing in the error_logs on both the game server and web server.

Any ideas?

(It also breaks the admin menu portion of the plugin).
