When I go to the admin section to edit a server it's like its blank (the website page). I mean I still can see all my links on the left. but in the middle area of the page all I see is the headers.. IP Address, Server Name, Rcon Password, etc etc

So how do I go about fixing this issue?

So you can see the headers, but no information about any servers? Seems weird...
But may I ask what you really want to do..? Delete a server completly from the stats, with all the stats also? And the issue arose when you tried to delete it, yes?
