Sourcebans version 1.4.10 - Error conecting to my Gameserver

Hello,
When I try to add my Gameserver on my Sourcebans, it said "Error connecting (192.168.0.11:27015)."

What do I do?

Ask your webhost to open 27015 udp port.

192.168.0.11 is not a public IP address, make sure you use the correct IP.
