Is there anybody else receiving messages similar to the following when certain SourceMod plugins are giving items to players?

Ignoring unreasonable position (0.000000,0.000000,-3007560.000000) from vphysics! (entity weapon_ak47)

Nobody actually receives these items. I'm not sure if this is an issue with the plugin/SourceMod itself or if Valve would need to fix something.

I'm going to be doing some more testing on this later today but figured I'd ask if anybody else is having this issue since the CS:GO update last night.

Your SDKTools or PTaH binaries are out of date.

Use the accelerator (https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=277703) to generate a crash report.

I've got 2 servers running without any issue but one of them is crashing constatly, the crash log is this one. https://crash.limetech.org/rq57knm4hvas
