Because it adds something extra to the game play, making it more realistic as well as more fun.
The plugin is running on my server and is highly popular.
Best part of the plugin is the commerical line where it says: 'Laser Sights are up for buying, type /buyls and purchase your laser now!'
As many people don't know how to use public plugins that sure did the trick.
Hope more authors take notice of that, as small of a thing it is, it works like a charm.

If you're asking for a replacement for the bullets into lasers.
Then I think that's impossible and against the copyright laws on CS/Valve itself.
Not sure, but this plugin is a addon, meaning it adds to what's allready there.

hmm y see bullets when shoot when y heve in my addons plugin bullet_time but y can't kill so y need plugin like a bullet_time as y can kill the peoples with thet bullets (if you know that plugin u understand what y want to say )

This plugin is 90 % correct...It doesn't move faster when u move..it has lag of 0.5 second(s)..:S

With it a plagin flashlight does not work : )
