[Solved] [TF2] Server Crashing after 16June TF2 Update

TF2 Update on 16June2020. Server updated. Server will start and run fine for a few minutes, then crash.

Accelerator crash IDs:
S7EF-EMEU-SXFO
IWKN-DXHW-CZQE
VKM3-VIWV-LDK3

Note: Throttle site shows 99 reports with this crash reason.

Something I can do to force a crash:
1. With TF2Items_Giveweapon plugin is running...
2. Join server, join team, select scout
3. Type: !gimme 888

Server will crash with no error in log.

I tried to looking at info on Throttle website, but it's too technical for me. I did see CEconItemView appear. After reviewing the VTable Dumper website it appears that CTFPlayer::GiveNamedItem offset is still 476.

Any ideas what may be wrong?
