HOW DO I INSTALL A PLUGIN? HEELP

Hey, me and my friend created a server, and now we want a join server text, you know like: Welcomme to "OUR SERVERNAME"

Okey so i found the plugin :

so now i want you guys to tell me how to install the thing !
and what i need before(if i need anything like eventscript or something, and tell me how to install the eventscript (if i need )
