Hello dude.
CS:GO has been out since 2012, but after the patch (Don't know which one, haven't played CS:GO so much.) I bought myself a server and installed Sourcemod but the mod is corrupted. You can't even use !kick,!ban,!burn,!slay etc before it crashes all the server. Interrupted files in Sourcemod, will it be fixed or is the developers lazy? This is really important for those who want to have sourcemod on their servers.

"The patch?" There have been dozens, if not hundreds of CS:GO updates since release, and if Sourcemod is broken after a game update, it is generally updated within 24-48 hours.

You can download the latest stable version of Sourcemod here: https://www.sourcemod.net/downloads.php?branch=stable

Also, try validating your SRCDS install.
