Hmmm, I just tried with mobile connection sharing, still no luck

I tried to connect to your server. It took 2 or maybe 2.5 seconds to download all stuff.
My guess: it works.

You sure you did not have mirage before?
Apart from that I only have a .res, so it might just be that it was fast

Oddly enough, I changed to de_forge, and this one I managed to download from FastDL

Could it be that, for some reason, the de_mirage map from the HTTP server is not exactly the same than the one on the HLDS server (is there some kind of checksum before loading the map, or is it just by name)?

The only reason that doesn't work for you is because you are behind the router as the server and you try to connect to your public IP.
I think it works if you open from router the TCP port on :80 but im not sure.

I still wonder why it does not work for me with mobile network, but if it works for you guys that's what I was actually needing.

I never played de_mirage in the last 10 years and this installation is about 3 month old.
So, yes, I'm 100% sure I did not have that map before.
