When players use Kill or Explode in console to suicide make the player explode.

i see other plugins with this but they're all use special cvars like type !bomb in chat to blow up...

this is supposed to work on /kill and suicide in console? well doesnt work in css maybe the damage works.

needed one without any damage just physics tho, but it doesnt work in css regardless with kill in console.
