This isnt really something we could help you with, as this is a 'flash' content, also is client sided, so this thread is a bit off-topic.

There's a file called mapname.txt with the text. If the file doesn't exist, it defaults to the gamemode description.

I'd say it's in csgo/resource/overviews but I can't check right now.

Edit: It's in csgo/maps.
