Just store how much money they have, then .1 seconds later check again, if there is a change then there money changed, then store their current money to the array and check again .1 seconds again.

Events are your best bet, your list looks pretty good, I don't see any others that would change money, unless an admin does it.

Shaman, or you can just check when they spawn, they most likely aren't going to be using their money when they are rescuing hosties or killing people.

That's the problem Players will earn lots of money in one round, maybe 10k in one action and they will use lots of money like 40k at one time, so I have to deal with lot's of money Maybe I can hook events that often happen and transfer money to bank if they have more than 10k.

Yeah either hook events that give people money or just run your check on round end (before they get cut back to 16k.)
