I want to disable it, it doesn't transmit my voice properly.

I uncheck but it checks itself when I close the option window, that's why I'm asking for the cvar.

Make your config file writable. If it is set to read-only it wont save the setting. I am sure there is a cvar somewhere.

Same problem here, if I uncheck and save it reenables automatically.

Then it is probably a bug in the latest client update. It has happened before and they have had to fix through updates in the past.

Is not a bug, check the windows mic boost or run the Steam configuration tool (Under settings)

EDIT: I think if cvar exists for voice, its start a prefix voice_*, check it
