Description not showing up I'm not sure what's wrong, might be an issue with SteamTools and the pickup spam in known. It might be better to try 1.19.4 since that adds SteamWorks support and fixes that spam.

this occurs when the version is changed from 1.19.3 to 1.19.4. did I miss anything?

Did you compile with SourceMod 1.10 and try running on a SourceMod 1.9 server?

Either missing translation files or you have the boss health HUD enabled.
