I agree, I have been trying to fix my server for the past 3 days, re-downloading all the files twice, only to now look through the comments for an answer and find it

Would save some people the time. Great Mod tho!

I'm having the same problem that was mentioned by some other people on this thread. Everything seems to work fine EXCEPT that the player doesn't change into a prop when the rounds starts. Instead, he's just missing his weapon and doesn't animate when he's moved around. So, I'm guessing there's a problem loading the props, but I'm unsure how to fix. Any guidance would be appreciated.

version 1.9(a) is currently being used successfully but not uploaded here by the looks of things

For anyone that was having problems with the red team scouts not converting to props, you need to upgrade to 1.9. I was having that problem and now all is well. See more details at http://www.gamingmasters.co.uk/threa...to-props.5532/

After some unexplainable upgrade issues (red never became a prop) it suddenly started working....

erk darkimmortal, I had install the plugins and everything based on ur instruction. I try to launch it and try to play with it. The scout sometimes can become a prop, sometimes can't. Also, when u are a prop, it is kinda laggy. Is this a bugs or something? How do i fix it?

also, for the pyro class, somehow i can change class to others instead of pyro.

Is it something tat i install wrongly? Can i request for a more specific guide of installing?

Sorry to trouble u much as i am very interested of playing this prophunt and our country dont have server hosting any prophunt server D:

I'm having some issues with 1.9. The most annoying is after waitingforplayers time the round doesn't start unless I reload the map. Next is once every couple rounds a red player will turn into a civilian scout and not be able to move. Lastly as far as I can tell someone from the red team spawns out of the spawn area.

Did you update the Data Pack fully, and are there any errors in the log?
