I'm not too much sure. But, maybe server is outdated therefore it's causing this problem.

As you mentioned your other servers works perfect, maybe those are probably up-to-date. Try updating your server (complete all requirement from yourself). Perhaps then this problem disappears.
Also, show the outputs of the following commands from your other servers:

rcon version
rcon meta list
rcon amxx modules
rcon amxx plugins
rcon amxx cvars

There's no such thing like an out of date exe build date. Windows (nbz-fanta's) and Linux (yours) will always have different build dates. Furthermore, it's only the exe version that's relevant. You can pick any random build date and update your HLDS to the most recent exe version without running into any problems.

Well i cant instal amxmod on the server because the host dont allow dll's for security reasons.
They added made a "Add mod" thing where you can choose wiche mods you want to instal. there are only 2 amxmodx and metamod.
But i think its out of date either.
Im not sure.

Ask them to update it for you. Or, sometimes you can upload a .zip and then extract it via their user interface and it will let you put dlls.

Hello,

The amxmod and metamod didnt needed to update.
The host find out that my server was several versions behind the latest steam version and they updated it.
but i still get "unkown" in amxmodmenu the server doesnt read some plugins.

Custom nextmap didnt work.
And hidenseek xp mod didnt work.
