Description:
When writing in chat plugin will add name of your country. See of the picture.






Cvars:

country_chat_length - How to print name of the country?
1 = full name.
2 = short name.
3 = three character country code.

Tests:
Under Windows 4554 platform with AmxModx 1.8.1 - works
Under Linux platform by 4617 AmxModx 1.8.1 - Works

Doesn't this already exists?
Maybe only with 2 or 3 char instead of full name,but thats kinda the same.

What happens if geoip cant find the country, wich happens in some cases.

Our plugin does not require cstrike module. And is less.

Small question: would it be possible (and easy) to mix this plugin with the plugin "admin_chat_colors"?
It would be to avoid that there is twice the same message when we write in "say".
