Sorry if I'm at the wrong topic but please read my question and help me

So I'm running amxmodx 1.8.3, I want to downgrade to amxmodx 1.8.2 , since amxmodx 1.8.3 is so buggy, that's why I want to downgrade to amxmodx 1.8.2. please tell me what files should I switch so I don't loose my plugins and other stuff, please help me.

Will just changing metamod plugins work? please answer this

Thanks

1.8.3-dev is in active development, you should use it only if you want to help us to find issues.

It's very unlikely it's that buggy, but if you don't follow the latest changes, you may have a build which contains some issue which is usually fixed asap in a new one.

What is your current version? (amxx version) What are the bugs? It would help greatly. Some people are using it without issues.

About downgrading, any dll/so/amxx should be replaced. Eventually the lang files too.

Top15 resets it self, and server crashes at map changes (sometimes)

Many people have moved to AMXModX 1.8.2 because of these issues, and i wanted to also :/

No changes have been made on plugin handling /top15, if I don't say bullshit.
Crashes can be caused by a lot of factors, not necessarily because of 1.8.3, I can say for sure it's very unusual AMXX crashes at map change, this sounds like more a plugin issue doing something bad. You need to provide more information.

To be honest, if you are using 1.8.3 without knowing what you are doing and without wanting to help us, then yes, you should use latest stable version for now for sure.

Yeah forgot to say you would have to recompile third-party plugins with 1.8.2 compiler.

To downgrade, backup and delete the addons folder. Then, install 1.8.2.
