Where it checks for non-admins, you should be able to change it around, right?

I took this:

if (id != INVALID_ADMIN_ID)

And made it this:

if (id = ADMFLAG_CUSTOM1)

I was hoping it would work. It doesn't.

Basically what I want it to do is check to see if an admin is flagged with custom1 (which is "o").
Can someone help me?

The plugin checks for generic admins, and not a specific flag on the user, so that would require more then just a simple change.
