Personally, I wouldn't support the flags if this was my plugins, as overrides gives way more possibilities:

I would go the way with command overrides, e.g. "{ONLINE:sm_some_command_override}" which would count you in, if you have access to override "sm_some_command_override".

For example:
I want the 2nd message appear in chat after 15 seconds since the 1st message appear.
And so on for the other message.

Right now , message keep showing right after each one. spamming the chat box

Do you have "Time" "15" in your /csgo/addons/sourcemod/configs/ServerAdvertisements3.cfg ?
