Because he doesn't know how to make signatures/find functions?
Because he was using rehlds already in his server so he made the mod compatible with that?

AFAIK ReHLDS is not supported here, is it? IMO If someone wants to make a plugin compatible with ReHLDS it should have HLDS support too.

We use ReHLDS because it's daily updated and open-source. We don't use HLDS because simply it's outdated.
For our Mod, ReHLDS not must for us. We just used it so we can access the engine functions for more optimization (via ReAPI) so we don't need fakemeta in most cases.
Our Mod main functions not based on ReHLDS, it's based on ReGameDLL. ReAPI provide us a direct easy access to ReGameDLL.

We thought that ReHLDS supported here, seems that here ReHLDS enemies more than its friends.

You're deluded, I never said anything against ReHLDS, I'm just telling you that the official supported framework here is HLDS, furthermore, your plugin must be compatible with the latest stable AMXX version, it being 1.8.2 at the moment.

It's not true that ReHLDS isn't supported here. If you're saying it isn't, then you're saying that AMXX isn't supported as well.
